Delivery Times:
UAE (10–12 business days), International (18–21 business days).
Shipping Fees:
Calculated at checkout; free shipping may apply for qualifying orders.
Tracking:
Provided via email upon dispatch.
Customs & Duties:
Buyers are responsible for any international customs fees.
Returns & Exchanges
- No returns on opened or used goods.
- Exchanges are allowed within 7 days for unused, unopened items.
- Damaged or incorrect items? Contact hh@hardikgandhi.ae within 48 hours with photos.
Cancellations & Lost Orders
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours if not processed.
- ‘Hardik Gandhi Design Studio FZ-LLC, UAE’ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “delivered.”
